Lisa Skeete Tatum is founder and CEO of Landit, a personalized career pathing platform created to increase the success and engagement of women and diverse groups in the workplace. She was formerly a General Partner at Cardinal Partners, an early stage venture capital firm, and she started off her career at Procter & Gamble, after having attended Cornell University and Harvard Business School.
